For example, Vietnam has a 4,000-year-old tradition of history - a common ancestor to look back to, a common origin to show gratitude and remembrance. Hung King's Commemoration Day is a day for the entire nation, when gratitude and respect are expressed to the ancestors who have contributed to building the country and expanding the territory since the beginning of time...<\/span><\/p>\n

Pilgrimage to the source of the sacred Phoenix Mountain<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

For thousands of years, the story of father Lac Long Quan and mother Au Co and their \u201chundred children\u201d has been passed down from generation to generation, reminding descendants of a heroic time of founding the country. Our people still affectionately call each other \u201ccompatriots\u201d \u2013 that meaning of \u201ccompatriots\u201d has always been an internal strength with a strong spreading power, to consolidate the great solidarity of the entire Vietnamese people from the past to the present and forever thousands of years later.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cA tree has roots, water has a source, birds have nests, people have ancestors\u201d \u2013 On the anniversary of the Hung Kings on March 10, At Ty year (April 7, 2025), Lam Dong Provincial leaders and millions of tourists from all over the world made a pilgrimage to Au Lac Temple located on the sacred Phuong Hoang mountain, which is also the place to worship the 18 Hung Kings. Before the souls of our ancestors, we offered incense together, remembering the merits of our ancestors with the legend of opening the land, opening the country, building a strong future for the country.<\/span><\/p>\n

Au Lac Temple in Tea Resort Prenn tourist area is located on the sacred land of Phoenix Mountain, a place to worship Hung Kings, with a majestic and respectful appearance - a place where the spiritual energy of heaven and earth converges.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The ceremony was solemnly held in accordance with traditional national rituals. Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; representatives of agencies, departments, sectors, unions, districts, Da Lat city, along with thousands of compatriots, people and tourists offered incense to express their respect, remembrance and gratitude to the National Ancestor.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, the festival took place at the foot of Phoenix Mountain, next to the poetic Prenn waterfall with many cultural activities to preserve and promote the cultural identity of the nation. Games such as bamboo dancing, duck catching... were enthusiastically participated by many young people, students, students of universities, colleges, and Youth Union organizations.<\/span><\/p>\n

The calligraphy space contributes to the beauty of the National Day. People come to ask for calligraphy from the teacher, showing respect for words, love of learning and also sending wishes for peace and luck through each stroke of the word "Dragon flying, Phoenix dancing".<\/span><\/p>\n

The folk art performance stage also attracted thousands of visitors with the lyrical folk songs and dances of the Cham people performed by the Ninh Thuan Provincial Culture and Arts Center. The performances of traditional musical instruments and folk songs from three regions were performed by the Folk Song and Traditional Music Club of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Culture House.<\/span><\/p>\n

It seems as if the soul of the homeland, the soul of the village, the soul of the country also gathers here.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The worship of Hung Kings and the Hung Temple Festival have contributed to creating unique cultural values of the nation. It is an opportunity for every Vietnamese to proudly promote to the world a unique cultural heritage, a value that has existed for thousands of years, deeply rooted in the hearts of people, becoming the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source" of compatriots nationwide and overseas Vietnamese. From the eternal values of the nation's origin, the identity and character of the Vietnamese people have been shaped in the international arena.<\/span><\/p>\n

As long as we still know how to bow our heads in remembrance of our ancestors and understand the meaning of the Hung Kings\u2019 Commemoration Day, our country\u2019s history and culture will remain intact. The continuation and preservation of traditions inherited from our ancestors will allow future generations to become the ones to pass them on for thousands of years\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n
